agree  Leliadoura: de hecho, se usa mucho más flutter o flúter. Usar aleteo resulta muy forzado si se usa de forma repetitiva en un texto, poruqe lo normal es decir y escribir flutter. Soy arritmológa y es el término que cualquier arritmólogo o cardiólogo español usaría.
