Encuentro stroke como accidente cerebrovascular, pero no me acaba de convencer. No entiendo la diferencia entre heart attack o heart stroke. Me pueden ayudar?

  -> Graccias Ruth. Fijate que en mi respuesta puse que para mi, en la oración de ejemplo que puso el asker, no se trata de "heart stroke" sino de "stroke" solamente, es decir, un error de lectura. Por eso mi respuesta. ¡Saludos!

Si es de conocimiento general usa "derrame cerebral".
