Aunque la 12 sí podría funcionar (el paciente ha sido conectado a CE), la 13 no; ha sido retirado de CE no es correcto: al paciente se le ha retirado la CE.

Para mí, más natural sería 12. Se ha iniciado circulación extracorpórea, 13. Al paciente se le ha retirado ya la circulación extracorpórea [la CE ha finalizado]
