En inglés, "landlock" sólo significa que un estado o país no tiene litoral. Yo no te recomendaría que lo tradujeras ya que no tiene sentido decir "Habilitación de seguridad: ultra secreta (sin litoral-6)". Podría ser un acrónimo tal vez?
