It is a kind of meeting that army officers hold after having performed some activity. It´s not that I do not understand the meaning of it, but I lack of the accurate translation.

Maybe somehting like "una reunión para dar parte"?

En un registro coloquial militar creo que es lo apropiado, aunque las opciones de Victoria y Estela parecen totalmente adecuadas.
