Hola,
Parece que cada marca de guitarras tiene un patrón de rugosidad del Tolex (tipo de vinilo) para sus fundas duras de guitarra y/o amplificadores: Fender, Vox, Ampeg, Marshall, Orange, etc, ver aquí:

La de Fender en concreto es de Tweed (que inicialmente es un tipo de tejido: http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tweed)..

Parece que lo que el texto está intentando decir es que pese a lo virtual de la aplicación es tan real (una réplica, con lo que uno se sentirá cómodo) como ver y/o tocar las perillas -de guitarra- (estás en lo cierto), el Tweed y el Tolex.

La primera podría ir también en minúscula, siguiendo esto: http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tweed
Para la segunda (Tolex), la mayor parte de resultados (en el buscador) aparece en mayúscula, aunque en castellano hay algunas con minúscula.
