Estoy traduciendo un documento general sobre plantas nucleares y los países que tienen acceso y no a las mismas...
Aparece, entonces, esta frase: "(a given country) provides virtual access to (a given) research reactor to students from countries that do note run such a facility".

¿Cómo puedo traducir "do note run" en este contexto? ¿Será un error de tipeo? ¿Habrá querido decir "that do not run such a facility?

Si tomamos a los estudiantes como sujetos, entonces son ello los que no hacen funcionar lainstalación, porque solo les sirve para sus prácticas. Si tomamos como sujeto las instalaciones entonces las instalaciones no fruncionan de verdad. Creo que ambos casos se puede aplicar la expresión que propongo.
