Es un gran problema traducir los cortes dfe carne de EEUU al español, porque los cortes no son los mismos y luego porque cada país le pone un nombre diferente. Como veo que es una recomendación de dieta, para evitar confusiones usaría carne magra de res, bistec de res o algo por el estilo, más general. Suerte. |
