En España (ten cuidado, en otros países se da preferencia a "semidescremado" y "descremado").

Aquí no se comercializa apenas la sour cream, en los recetarios traducidos aparece como nata agria o crema agria. Y el cottage cheese se suele traducir como requesón, aunque no es eso exactamente (el cottage cheese tiene una textura completamente diferente; si no me equivoco, es típico de Gran Bretaña).
