Hello everyone, let's see if someone can give me a hand with this one. It's a FAQ section about an energy snack:

"XXX IS RICH IN FAT. WHY IS IT HEALTHY?

It is true that as much as 70 percent of XXX is fat, but XXX is still valued as a healthy food. This is because the fat found in XXX is mostly healthy unsaturated fats. Also, XXX contains beneficial compounds that act to sequester 'bad' fats before they can clog your arteries."

My attempt is: "Es verdad que tanto como un 70 por ciento...", but it sounds like English with Spanish words. Any ideas for a more natural-sounding option? TIA.
