Yo diría algo como: "Éste podría ser el caso de los que se quedan fuera de la tribu etc..."
Entiendo que no es indispensable traducir "right" (totalmente / completamente / del todo/) porque alarga la frase y no aporta nada ("quedarse fuera" equivale a "quedarse totalmente fuera")

neutral  Rodrigo Gandara: Respeto mucho cuando un native speaker siente el sentido de una frase. Pero todavía veo que si el sentido es de **precisely**, significa que no hace falta que esté muy distante, basta que esté justo fuera del límite.
