En un libro de autoayuda que incluye una teoría similar a la de "El secreto" de Rhonda Byrne:

La teoría se base en la ley de la atracción según la cual uno recibe lo que le pide al universo y esta ley requiere que uno se enfoque en lo que desea o quiere lograr o recibir. Para ello, es básico crear emociones o vibraciones positivas, sentir gratitud incluso antes de recibir las cosas.

"When it gets here" se refiere al momento de recibir lo que uno pidió (por ejemplo, salud o tener un hijo, algo material como una cámara, por poner un ejemplo), o quizo lograr (por ejemplo, graduarse). El autor dice que uno debe tratar de sentirse como se sentiría al recibir o lograr lo que pidió.
