English term or phrase: Baking frenzy/ Frenzy of Baking
Hi, I'm doing an English-Spanish translation.

So, this girl is cooking a lot of cookies, cakes and desserts for her husband and she did this a lot of times before so it would be something normal for him and he has a name for this that is "frenzy of baking"

Original phrase = "A frenzy of baking, Harold would say when he got home" and "you went on a baking frenzy."
I don't want to use "frenesí" because it does not sound natural in the text and I don't know how to translate it. I was thinking on "impulso por hornear" or something like "ataque/ impulso repostero" but I'm not sure if it is correct.

Ataque me gusta también, pero prefiero ¨culinario¨a ¨repostero¨.

Ataque de repostería

Explanation:
A mí "frenesí repostero" no me suena del todo mal, pero si no quieres usar esa palabra, podrías poner "ataque de repostería", como si fuera una enfermedad o una obsesión. "Te ha dado un ataque de repostería". Suena bastante cómico.
