English term or phrase: working headline
I have hundreds of isolated headlines and some of them say: Working headline: (and the headline itself)
e.g.

titular funcional

Explanation:

Example sentence(s):
  • f I'm writing ad or promotional copy, I'll usually write a headline (or at least a working headline) first since it will determine the direction of the body copy.
  • Try starting with a working headline and base your text around that

título provisorio

Explanation:

To begin writing your website article, first think of a working headline. I call it a "working" headline because for now it's more like a line explaining what the article will be about. You can finesse it with clever wordplay later on if you like.

A good example of a working headline might be:

"5 Kitchen Knives to Own if You're an Aspiring Home Chef"
