You need to "jack a bubble" into a conductor while replacing double arms, in a crossarm change out operation.

I can´t even imagine what that is.

This is how you do the entire procedure, in case you´re wondering:

Replacing Double Arms
1.
Double arms can be replaced one at a time.
2.
Install temporary arms.
3.
Install two hoists from eye nut on old DA bolt to conductor and jack a bubble in
conductor.
4.
Install two more hoists from eye nut on new DA bolt to conductor.
5.
Slack off hoists on old arm while taking up on the hoists installed on the new arm to transfer conductor down.
6.
Install new arm and reverse procedure to move conductors to permanent arm.
7.
Remove temporary arm.

Explanation:
Sustitución de brazos dobles
1. Las brazos dobles pueden ser sustituidos una a la vez.
2. Instale los brazos temporales.
3. Instale dos tecles desde la tuerca de ojo en el perno DA viejo al conductor y levante una cresta en el conductor.
4. Instale dos tecles más desde la tuerca de ojo del nuevo perno DA al conductor.
5. Afloje los tecles en el brazo viejo mientras toma la holgura con los tecles instalados en el nuevo brazo para transferir conductor hacia abajo.
6. Instale un nuevo brazo y realice el procedimiento inverso para mover conductores al brazo permanente.
7. Retire el brazo temporal.
