English term or phrase: Incident Waterway
Context is about some incident report forms to be filled out. After "Incident Waterway", there is another question which is: "How do we get there? (Please provide location details, directions or landmarks)".

I don't know if "Canal del Incidente" is the right term to be used in Spanish.

Any suggestions?

disagree  Neil Ashby: "waterway" here does not refer to a path (as in "curso, seguimiento, protocolo, camino"), it refers to a canal, river, stream, etc... a waterway.

incident waterway

http://www.thefreedictionary.com/waterway
