intercambio / corredor de llamadas Explanation: I think that swap and broker's call are being used as alternative terms for the same thing. I believe this is the ability to call two people at the same time in such a way that you can swap between the two calls or connect the other two people together. I think the "brokering" aspect refers in particular to this latter part. This is different from three-way conferencing in that in the case of swap and brokering there are only two people talking to each other at any one time. I have used "corredor de llamadas" as an analogy with "corredor de bolsa", since the English version uses the word "broker". |

SISTEMA DE LLAMADA DE 3 VÍAS Explanation: Ese sistema te permite llamar a una tercera persona cuando ya estás hablando por teléfono, sin cancelar tu llamada actual y sin que tus interlocutiores se escuchen el uno al otro.
