Una opción algo libre, jugando con el sentido "financiero" (cláusula de exclusividad) y con el sentido real al que creo que se refiere, que es que sientes que la manga del brazo está "cerrada", como que "protege" el brazo...

La verdad es que "proporciona una cómoda sensación exclusiva de protección", me parece una opción muy aceptable.

Obviamente, lo del sentido "financiero" es una broma, pero no tanto el término "exclusivo".

El concepto es equivalente a "snug", en tanto que proporciona una comodidad, al estar ceñido o ajustado.

Lo de "exclusivo", funciona de perlas en el aspecto de marketing de moda... por su aspecto ambivalente (de clase) y de "excluir"... ;-) excluye el aire frío y otras sensaciones indeseadas...

Como siempre, dependerá del contexto y de la intención del texto, pero añado esta aclaración, por si las muñequeras, o los puños de las mangas, no nos dejan ver la prenda... :-)

neutral  Neil Ashby: I don't understand what "exclusivity" has to do with it? Nor any "sentido 'financiero'"?/Selling a "feeling" is marketing-speak, looks like they're describing PRACTICAL sports acces. to me. Here feeling is important but not in Laura's answer? Muddled.
