un "editorial shoot" es una sesión de fotos; to shoot an editorial es hacer una sesión de fotos, pero ¿qué pasa con stories?

to shoot a story???

Un par de opciones que creo que reflejan el concepto de lo que se trata.

Me da la impresión de que se trata de "clips informativos en vídeo"... o algo por el estilo...

"Filmar clips de magazín [o para magazines] o reportajes"..., sería otra opción. No creo que tengas que encorsetarte a las palabras del inglés, sino que una traducción conceptual y clara (si es que se trata de lo que indico, claro), me parece que resultará más natural...

To shoot editorials tiene un uso bastante específico en tanto que (hacer) reportajes fotográficos, generalmente en el sentido de series de fotografías en torno a un tema, persona o evento (de ahí tu lectura de "sesiones" fotográficas). Cuando estas series se organizan con la idea de contar una historia se habla propiamente de reportajes gráficos o fotográficos -o de relatos fotográficos, como sugería Margarita. El deseo así de shoot more editorials o contar historias con fotografías (I would like to shoot more editorials or stories) la expresaría así tal vez como

o simplemente
Me gustaría hacer más reportaje fotográfico, con ambos sentidos.
