Does anybody know if there are two different terms in Spanish for booking and reservation?
In general I find that booking is more formal (confirmed and paid) whilst reservation may not require a payment.

Both are mentioned as two different services in a travel services agreements.

Explanation:
En español solo tenemos un término, pero si el texto te exige dos, la única solución es diferenciarlos mediante algún calificativo.
En este caso "reservation" = "reserva" / "booking" = "reserva cerrada/pagada".

Explanation:
I have read that "Booking" is predominantely used in British English and "reservation" is predominantly American English but I think it really depends on the context you use it for,
"Reservation" is used principally in hotels and restaurants with a sense of a present moment and
"booking" is "The act or process of writing something down in a book or books, e.g. in accounting" with a sense of future.
