Hello, what is the meaning of "times" in this context?

If you want to order more than 200 metric tons per month I can offer you a price of $700 per metric ton plus freight on the quantity over 200 MT. Obviously this would not apply if you ordered 400 MT in one month and nothing the next.

For example. If you ordered 300 metric tons one month the price would be $750 times 200 plus freight. The next 100 MT would be $700 times 100 plus freight. This would give you a cost average of $733.33 per MT plus freight. All of the basic costs are covered by the original 200 MT per month.
