Buenos días, me aparece este término en una traducción sobre los trabajos de montaje de unas vías ferroviarias y no sé exactamente a qué se refiere. Las frase en la que aparece es la siguiente:

before performing contact grinding, every flange must be removed (3 long welded rails), it must be verified that the rail-welding heads are not low
