El contexto sigue siendo un contrato de servicios de almacenamiento.

A lo largo del documento aparecen tanto "picking" como "pick" (usado como verbo). "Picking" o "preparación de los pedidos", no es problema ya que en el sector utilizan el término en inglés.

En cambio "pick":
The Supplier shall handle daily load plans, ensuring RB orders are picked and ready to ship -- Aquí sería "recoger" o "tomar" (los pedidos)
Pallets / layers / case picking / EDI transmission for dispatch confirmation. All orders are expected to be picked 100% complete -- Aquí también sería "recoger" p "tomar.

Pero en un listado de los precios por los servicios:
Inbound - Pallet single stack - $1.00
Inbound - Pallet double stack
Inbound - Slipsheet
Inbound - Container 40"
Inbound - Container 20"

Outbound - Full Pallet
Outbound - Layer picked cases
Outbound - Loose picked cases

¿Creéis que ser refiere que las "cajas" se recogen/toman en capas o sueltas, respectivamente, al preparar la mercancía que va a enviarse?

Hola. Si, es tal cual como dices. se refiere al verbo recoger. Lo único que tendría que añadir es que "Layer" se entiende también como "Pallet". Es decir, cajas recogidas y palletizadas o cajas recogídas (y que se dejan como carga suelta.

Hola. Si, es tal cual como dices. se refiere al verbo recoger. Lo único que tendría que añadir es que "Layer" se entiende también como "Pallet". Es decir, cajas recogidas y palletizadas o cajas recogídas (y que se dejan como carga suelta.
