Marketing - Advertising / Public Relations / Advertising slogan for a gym
English term or phrase: You deserve 30 minutes to yourself
I am trying to get the correct expression for this. I am looking for a catchy and "advertising" way not a literal translation, that can be easily recognizable as a Swedish "saying". This will be used for a gym and needs to emphasize that it is good to spend time on yourself too, like a way to pamper and treat yourself. Is there a common saying to convey this in Swedish?

My suggestions: "30 minuter. Det är du väl värd?", "Unna dig själv 30 minuter."

Explanation:
In English: "30 minutes. You're worth it, aren't you?" and "Treat yourself to 30 minutes."

Ägna en halvtimme åt dig själv

Explanation:
I think Annas suggestions are good, mine is just an alternative.

It reads "Devote half an hour to yourself"

I do however think that "halvtimme" (half an hour) looks a bit better in Swedish than 30 minutes.

Du är värd 30 minuter egentid

Explanation:
"egentid" has become a common expression for time that you need/want to spend by yourself

Example sentence(s):
  • jag behöver lite egentid emellanåt för att orka med allt jobb

I prefer the word "egentid" as well, but think that "halvtimme" is better than 30 minutes.
