Fakat kontekstten anladığım kadarıyla belli Şart ve Koşullar içeren bir Akreditifin uygulanması, ödenmesi, (şartlarının) yerine getirilmesi, teyit edilmesi vs. isteniyor. Bu bağlamda hono(u)ring bence aşağıdaki anlamda kullanılmaktadır:
fulfil (an obligation) or keep (an agreement).

"paying" ve "honoring" ayrı ayrı sayıldığına göre farklı işlemler olmalı. "honoring" kabul işlemini çağrıştırsa da, bunun tam karşılığı "acceptance"dır, dolayısıyla "kabul" ifadesini kullanmak doğru olmaz. Geriye provizyon verme kalıyor, bence kastedilen bu. Linkteki açıklamaya da bakınız.
