English term or phrase: A rolling three year period
We are currently translating a document on health and safety from English into Turkish, and we are having difficulties translating the expression: 'a rolling three year period'.

The statement appears in this paragraph:

'course providers are required to keep samples of practical applications for each sitting for a rolling three year period.'

Any suggestions on how to translate 'a rolling three year period' into Turkish within this context?

What is meant by a "rolling year" in here is an uninterrupted one-year period the start and end dates of which are not fixed but are constantly changing.

For example, a 'rolling three months period' would be 'A period of 3 consecutive months determined on a rolling basis with a new 3-month period beginning on the first day of each calendar month'

Explanation:
müteakip üç yıl boyunca..
Rolling in karşısına türkçe bir kelime koymaya calışmayalım, çeviri kokar.
Müteakip 3 yıl boyunca dediğimizde, zaten o devamlılığı da ifade etmiş oluyoruz güzel Türkçemizde..
