Can anyone provide the source and English definition of a Turkish Driving License Class E?? The only thing we can find anywhere is that it is a bus license.

Explanation:
Class E Driver's License is the type of license one needs to drive bus and truck* (normal truck, not TIR - TIR and trailer trucks are subject to another type of license). Following is a link to relevant page of Traffic Department.

As per Traffic Code 2918, one needs to be at least 23 y.o. and elementary school graduate to sit exams for Class E license. Holder of an Class E license will have the right to operate tractors, busses, minivans, pickup trucks, and passenger cars.
