Göçebe Explanation: Muhtemelen göçebe millet denmek istendi, sonuçta, Batı tarih literatüründe de bir çok kez 'doğudan gelen göçebe dalgaları' icabında bir deyimle, hun, moğol, türk akımları izah edilir ve hepsi de göçebe (en azından baştan) halklardır. |

Reference Reference information: Shepherd kings, the chiefs of a nomadic people who invaded Egypt from the East in the traditional period, and conquered it, at least in part. They were expelled after about five hundred years, and attempts have been made to connect their expulsion with narrative in the book of Exodus. - Josephus identifies the Israelite Exodus with the first exodus mentioned by Manetho, when some 480,000 Hyksos "shepherd kings" (also referred to as just 'shepherds', as 'kings' and as 'captive shepherds' in his discussion of Manetho) left Egypt for Jerusalem. ...Josephus provides the earliest recoded instance of the much-repeated false etymology of the term Hyksos, as a Hellenised form of the Egyptian phrase Hekw Shasu meaning Shepherd Kings. Scholars have only recently shown that the term derives from heqa-khase, a phrase meaning "rulers of foreign lands" ...In Egyptian Hyksos means "ruler(s) of foreign countries", however, Josephus mistranslated Hyksos as "Shepherd Kings" Reference: http://machaut.uchicago.edu/?action=search&word=shepherd&res...
