Explanation:
Bence "hak etmek" uygun bir karşılık olurdu. Eğer bu bir şirket mottosu ise personel için "Earn the right to ...." gibi bir şeyin çevirisi olarak ".... yapmayı hak edin" kulağa güzel geliyor. Bir de "hak etmek" çaba ile kişinin kendi elde ettiği bir şey olduğu için bağlama daha yakın duruyot.

Önceki arkadaşların önerilerine binaen böyle bir şey öneriyorum. Eğer mottosaysa "hak kazanın/edin" den daha hoş durur (pazarlama çevirilerinde illa motamot çeviri olacak diye bir kaide yok) Parantez içindeki cümle "ufak başlayıp göze girin sonra zamanla arttırın" diyor buda ancak güven kazanmayla olur diye düşünüyorum.
