Але, схоже, glaze - таки глазур, її й готують із цукром, і висмажують до густої консистенції, і поливають нею відкладене окремо смажене курча чи ягня (див. нижче) - а потім же воно, мабуть, захолодає, утворюючи справжню глазур на тому курчаті.
