disagree  roni_roni: висівки і клітковина - зовсім різні речі. висівки - зерна, з яких не видалили зародок (він швидко псується), а клітковина це речовина - целюлоза, яка організмом людини не перетравлюєтся

Explanation:
Також поширеним є варіант "волокна овесу", а "вівсяні волокна" чомусь рідше вживається.

Вівсяні висівки це скоріше oat brans.
Судячи з описів висівки є складовою клітковини (або волокон), наприклад, "fibre is the defining component in whole-grain and bran ingredients", "Classic Oat fibre is made from oat bran and oat husk", тощо.

neutral  Anna Makhorkina: I do not think that висівки is bran, though. "Fiber" would be translated as "клетчатка" into Russian (клітковина in Ukrainian); however, it seems to me that in this case висівки is a more traditional Ukrainian translation.

neutral  Oleksandr Bragarnyk: Справа в тому, що звичайним джерелом клітковини є висівки. Також я не зустрічав "хліба з клітковиною". Ми ж не будемо доводити до "целюлози" ;)
