بنت

Explanation:
The best translation for texture in Urdu would be بنت.
Texture here does not mean just structure or binding of certain fibers rather it means "the way that something feels when you touch it"
http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/texture
and this feeling is due to that particular pattern
so IMO بنت is that exact word as we say in Urdu to describe a cetain feel of any fabric
اس کپڑے کی بنت بڑی کمال کی ہے۔

Any word suggesting just the physical pattern of the word "texture" would not be a suitable option in the given context.

Example sentence(s):
  • لمس/ٹچ کو مختلف بنت دیں: کاٹن، ریشم، ویلوٹ،لیس فائبر، پلاسٹک وغیرہ

ساخت

Explanation:
Texture doesn't limited to clothes, it can be used for any surface. As every surface as it's own texture and you would feel differently by touching it. It has nothing to do with how an item is made but actually how it is felt upon touching it.

Though it would be daring but احساس can also be used.
As vocabulary.com says: You can also talk about other kinds of texture, like musical texture. A symphony and a rock song have different instruments, so they have different textures.

Texture is only about how you feel, or what type of feeling a surface creates in you when you touch it, either soft, rocky, rough etc.
