Explanation:
If you are trying to explain to someone in Urdu what this is, I think you'll should say that it is an herb like "ہرا دھنیا" , the leaves of which are used to garnish or otherwise flavour dishes.

Parsley leaves are thicker than those of ہرا دھنیا , and have a much stronger flavour. The leaves are either curly or flat.

I don't know if this is readily available in Pakistan or not. "ہرا دھنیا" can be used as a reasonable substitute in dishes. ہرا دھنیا is also reffered to as "Chinese parsley/Cilantro" due to similarity of look, use, and taste...although there is a good distinction between the taste.

The other translators gave the proper translation of the term I'm sure, but if this is used in connection with a recipe, it needs a description, as well as transliteration of the English term, because Parsley is an easily recognizable term in the West, whereas people may not be familiar with the other terms since parsley is not a common herb in Pakistan.
