This is perfect for the title! However, answers posted by our colleague Qudsia were also very correct but I was looking for a translation that can be fit into title. This does not necessarily mean that he company/service provider has made a mistake but sometimes the confusion is from customer's end. Hence, this is the right translation!

agree  Ramesh Bhatt: As far as "putting things right" is concerned, your response seems better to me. For "putting things right" doesn't necessarily imply that some wrong has taken place. معاملات therefore is the correct term to use.
