agree  Irshad Muhammad: Mr Aburiaz your guess seems right but the thing is even if it is NIC No. than why they said it is issued by Union council...Union Council never issues NIC No. What do you think?

  -> Janab Irshad Sahib, Thanks for your comments but you have missed to note that the asker is talking about the presence of the wrong abbreviation in the 'Death Certificate' which is issued by the UC and not the National Identity Card.
