Others are incorrect and all of them have to be checked off for correctness before you pay the invoice. They have to first match a company order form and then secondly, they will have to be checked for accuracy. The control slip would be a invoice check form signed by the accounting section stating it is ok to pay that invoice. Most companies now just use a check stamp to save paper.
