batch processing form; summarizing form Explanation: To facilitate payment processing, some similar or related invoices (e.g., all come from the same supplier) can be bound together, summarized and attached to one form which is very similar to a reimbursement request. This form, together with the attached invoices will be submitted to competent people or authorities for approval. Upon approval, the invoices can be paid for. Invoice approvial form Explanation: Companies get hundreds of invoices and some of them are fraudulent. Others are incorrect and all of them have to be checked off for correctness before you pay the invoice. They have to first match a company order form and then secondly, they will have to be checked for accuracy. The control slip would be a invoice check form signed by the accounting section stating it is ok to pay that invoice. Most companies now just use a check stamp to save paper. I am sure it does not mean the order form, as this would have said Order form as it is more common. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 24 mins (2008-11-28 13:31:48 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Yes thank you approval, it is 12 midnight and I should be asleep -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 days (2008-12-02 21:25:51 GMT) Post-grading -------------------------------------------------- Thank you |
