provision of supply of services Explanation: I'm not 100% sure as you have not given the amount it will cost. Obviously the amount must look realistic in order to supply such parking. But I think a mere "proposal" should not cost anything and therefore would not be an item in the accounting budget. so they propose to provide parking for long term and other customers and this is what it would cost (is the way I read it), with the proviso that the amount looks realistic. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2018-02-14 10:36:40 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Another point that's confusing is that this amount is already recorded in the accounts so it looks like the parking has already been provided? So, it's no longer a proposal then! It is rather badly written and I think I would query it with the client to be sure... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2018-02-14 11:00:09 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Thanks for added context. The fact that this amount is already in the Financial Statement for the year and merely has to be approved makes it look like the word "proposal" should be omitted (parking has been provided)? |
