It all actually depends on what you intend it to mean! And is this sentence intended to be complete, or does it continue (or start) with something else.
If you are referring to a specific announcement, then this could be correct:
"We don't make the announcement for boarding until the plane is ready"
"If the plane isn't ready, we don't make the announcement for boarding"
Then again, it could be some kind of statement: "We are not making the boarding announcement at this time, as the plane isn't ready"
However, if you mean any announcements at all, in general, then your sentence would not sound correct, and Luciano's suggestion would be correct.
