the way our painter highlights expressive language Explanation: or "the emphasis that our painter gives to the use of expressive language - depending on what you mean. Both of the versions you suggest are inelegant and reek of translationese, although the one with the Saxon genitive is less bad. While Italian is very noun-oriented, English prefers to express things with verbs. Too many "of"s is also a bit of a drag. |
