Original text: "The pool pump room is to be relocated from under the pool deck and is to be located in the garden section adjacent to the living rooms. The pump will be housed in an outdoor box which is to be designed by the Architect"

Can it be understood that this is a real box with all 06 surfaces (bottom, top, and 04 surrounding surfaces) located outdoor (the sun and the rain could not enter the box)?

(like a room with roof)

or

Can it be understood that this is a box with only 05 surfaces (bottom, and 04 surrounding surfaces, without top surface) located outdoor (the sun and the rain can enter the box)?

(like a room without roof)
