Explanation:
Along the lines of Tony, I think "respectively" was intended, but this does not correctly conveys the meaning. Changing it into "or" should make it clear:
"occupational exposure limits OR biological occupational exposure limits"

looked at this last night and really not sure about "or". Is it possible it's a typo for esp.=especially? This would make more sense imo. Otherwise, rsp=respecting =concerning or regarding would make more sense than "respectively"but my hunch is that it's a typo.

I don't need to look at your refs., your research is of course impeccable, and I don't doubt for an instant that the terms you mention exist.

However, you have not so far provided either proof of the use of this particular abbreviation in the same context as Asker's text, nor explained how such a noun could fit, syntactically, between the two other noun groups in the sentence — where a conjunction seems to be called for.

The period is after the rsp., which in EN normally indicates that a single word has been abbreviated. If it were intended to stand for 3 words, it would usually be written r.s.p. — or without periods at all: rsp

..to be 'respectively' — except this isn't used very much like this in EN, I very strongly suspect your document may well have been originally translated from German, where I believe 'bzw' is very commonly used in this sort of way.
