I came across these expressions in some software strings I'm translating from Spanish:

"E1a - Let Down de confirmación de recepción agregado
E5a - Let Up de confirmación de recepción agregado"

The literal translation would be something like this:

"E1a - Let Down of added receipt acknowledgement;de confirmación de recepción agregado
E5a - Let Up of added receipt acknowledgement"

I would just like to know what they mean in this context (I am well aware of their meaning as verbal expressions, but they seem to be used here as nouns).
