English term or phrase: 180”+ bucks
The source text is from here: http://www.mirrranchgroup.com/ranches/sandoval-ranch/

I couldn't understand this sentence: "This is an outstanding hunting property loaded with deer, and 180”+ bucks are regularly harvested here. "

If the symbol '' means inch, 180'' would be 4.572 meters, that's too long for one buck (a male deer). If it means a group of bucks, it sounds weird by describing in this way.

Thank you for your help.

bucks (male deer) with antlers measuring 180 inches or more
Explanation:
It's not a typo, it does mean inches, but it's not a measure of the animal's height or length: it refers to its antlers and is calculated by adding together a number of measurements. It's quite an elaborate sum; here is a page that explains how it's done.
http://www.deeranddeerhunting.com/articles/learn-measure-sco...

"Ron Hansen poses with his incredible Colorado mule deer buck. of antler ... 180 inches of antler made for a very memorable afterschool mulie for the Hansens."
https://books.google.es/books?id=g9P3Tzpqj0IC&pg=PA89&lpg=PA...

180 inches is big, but bucks with antlers measuring over 300 inches in total have very occasionally been recorded.

To give you an idea what 180-inch antlers look like, see the picture on this page, with the following caption:

"Ken Thompson arrowed this 21-point non-typical buck in Ingham County last fall. The antlers netted 167 6/8 inches and grossed close to 180."

Probably a typo

Explanation:
180 lbs would be about right for a good-sized male deer.

180" makes no sense at all - neither length nor height.
