English term or phrase: maximise store noise
"Maximise store noise from 5 year anniversary of 100% switches"

Most supermarkets in the UK have switched to Fairtrade bananas and this is what they "recommend". I take this to mean "have a noisy celebration in every store" but would like to check it out with native speakers.

Thank you kindly.

create a buzz

Explanation:
I'm not familiar with this term (hence my low confidence level), but it sounds like it could be the equivalent of "creating a buzz," a term used in the U.S. to mean that you are creating excitement and anticipation over some event or product.
