Parece que é um termo em voga para o tipo de decoração rústica com um toque de elegância, usando tons marrons e móveis de madeira rústica. Acho que é o sinônimo de "rustic chic". Encontra-se muito em casamentos, etc.

Just notice it's ENG-ENG. So I'd say it's a kind of decor or style using earthy, hazel, brown and green colours, giving an idea of "earth", but sophisticated and classy.
