Thanks for your note. Before asking the question, I had found charpy impact test. I was unsure whether this is correct or not, but when I saw Neda's answer and agreements, I thought this is correct.

Please double-check and be sure of the context of your document, since the Charpy test http://www.aparat.com/v/Mc3hg is NOT the same as the ball impact test. http://www.instron.us/wa/glossary/Impact-Test.aspx?ref=http:... and also http://www.laryee.com/upfile/proimages/20106711305294719.pdf

I have my doubts about your selection because there are many hits in Google if you do a search on تست شارپی, which tells me that this would have been used been used in the first place in the Persian text if, indeed, it was the Charpy test.
