Finnish term or phrase: ADP / a. rad.
The following is from some medical patient notes:

"Vatsa palpoiden pehmeä ja aristamaton, normaalit suoliäänet. Periferia lämmin, ei pitting-turvotusta. ADP +/+, a. rad. +/+, molemmat symmetrisiä."

What do "ADP" and "a. rad." stand for here?

My searches suggest that ADP is an international abbreviation meaning "adipose", but I'm not sure if that's what it means here. I have no guesses about "a. rad.".

English translation:dorsal artery / radial artery
Explanation:
Part of the patient's physical examination includes measuring the peripheral pulses. ADP refers to the dorsalis pedis (dorsalis pedis artery, dorsal artery), measured from the feet (palpable symmetrically, as indicated by the +/+) and the a. rad. to the radial artery, measured from the wrist.
