Explanation:
'Kohdennettu postitus' (targeted mailing) means, in general, mailing to a chosen target group.

'Täsmäpostitus' might mean the same, but also mailing to a more exactly chosen group or maybe even varying the marketing letter according to the info known about every target (gender, income, profession, previous behaviour etc.) using a computer program devised for this purpose.

To tell the truth, I am actually guessing that 'täsmäpostitus' is used in the second meaning presenting above, but it seems quite probable for me.
