Another quote from an employee satisfaction questionnaire:

"Kaikkien kanssa ei tietenkään voi luonteet kohdata mutta luulen että työntekijänä minua arvostetaan."

I'm not managing to get a grip on the phrase "ei voi luonteet kohdata".

I can think of certain possible meanings of this phrase, but none of them plainly match the meaning of "luonne" as I know it.

Perhaps more idiomatic translation would be along the lines of "Of course there are some personality clashes, but..." or "There are naturally some personality clashes, but..." or perhaps even "Of course you can't always get along with everyone, but..."
