English translation:a couple of weeks there next month... when are you planning to be in the Pori area?
Explanation:
I'm probably a bit more sympathetic to your dilemma than some other translators, since I've spoken Finnish all my life but have only lived here for six years. (My native language is English.) I have family in several parts of Finland, and they all speak different types of slang that I sometimes find nearly indecipherable. As I understand it, the rules of the Proz.com site allow "non-Pros" like you to ask questions, so I don't see anything wrong with you asking us! If people don't want to answer, that's up to them.
